Enjoying the awesome view on the southern slope of Mount Batukaru, Bali’s second-highest volcano when you on the way to visit Pura Luhur Batukaru Temple. This complex was built on the 11 century. Not only being one of Bali’s key directional temples but it also is a site of pilgrimage for Hindu Balinese. Afterward, you spend time to visit Jatiluwih rice terraces. Located in the height of 700 meters above sea level, this village is most famous for their dramatic and exotic landscapes. The cool highlands and the breathtaking scenery of this village at the foot of Mount Batukaru makes for wonderful photo opportunities and serves as a soothing retreat away from the island’s crowded south. It remains an impressive communal water system developed by Balinese farmers, known as subak, which dates back to the 9th century. At the end of the tour, make your way back to the vehicle for your return transfer to your accommodation.
