Cairo Arrival
Welcome to Egypt. Upon landing at Cairo International Airport, our representative will greet you and ensure a smooth transfer to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or discover this amazing city.

Cairo Sightseeing
After breakfast at your hotel, our guide will accompany you to the Giza pyramids which have been considered one of the great wonders of the world, valley temple, the great sphinx which has kept its secrets for centuries and Egyptian museum containing over 120,000 pieces of pharaonic history, each peach is considered a masterpiece with its own story including the magnificent Tutankhamen collection. If time permits, you can stop at one of the papyrus museums to see how ancient Egyptians made first paper in the history. Conclude your day with a transfer back to the hotel, where the evening is yours to enjoy.

Cairo 
Aswan Nile Cruise
Early morning, check out the hotel and transfer to Cairo Airport for a domestic flight to Aswan where you will have a half day city tour with a visit to the Temple of Isis on Phila Island which was built during the Roman period and dedicated to goddess Isis, goddess of love in ancient Egypt before embarking on the Nile cruise. You will also have a chance to enjoy a traditional felucca around Elephantine Island which will lead you to the Botanical gardens on general Kitchener Island to see it from outside and sail around it. Back to the cruise and dinner on board.
Optional tour to Nubian village by motor boat (3-hour-trip)

Nile Cruise Kom Obo, Edfu Temples
Today you will sail toward Kom Oba, visit the Temple of Sobek and Haroeris before continue sailing to Edfu.
Optional tour to Abu Simbel to see the great temple of Ramses the second and Queen Nefertari – a must-see temple in Egypt.

Nile Cruise Edfu Temple, Luxor Temple
Begin your day with a journey by Horse carriage to temple of Horus, the mythical son of Isis and Osiris. Here according to myth, Horus avenged the murder of his father Osiris by defeating his father’s brother Seth in combat. Then you will be back to the cruise after that and continue to sail to Esna then Luxor. Arrive Luxor in the late afternoon then depart to visit Luxor temple, originally joined to Karnak by an avenue of sphinxes. Visiting Luxor temple in the evening is amazing and very enjoyable. Conclude your day with free time around Luxor market then drive back to the cruise ship.

After breakfast, commence your day with a journey to the Valley of The Kings and the Colossi of Memnon and a famous alabaster factory in west bank. Following this, experience Karnak temple which covers a huge area and includes several temples, the largest being the temple of Amon.
After that you will depart for Hurghada by private A/C bus. Check in your rooms, dinner and free time at leisure at the hotel and start your all-inclusive meals plan.

Hurghada
After breakfast at the hotel restaurant, the morning is at leisure for you to enjoy the hotel’s facilities before we heading back to Cairo. Dinner will be served at the restaurant after arrival in Cairo.

After breakfast & check out, we bid farewell to the River Nile. You will be transferred to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo.

The city tour today will allow you to visit the Citadel, a fortress built in 1167 A.D, and houses important monuments including the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali Pasha, then into Old Cairo, home to some of the oldest churches in Egypt including the hanging church, Abu Serga church, and Ben Ezra synagogue and a part from the famous roman fortress. After that, we will visit the perfumery to see how they extract essence from flowers to make perfume, following by a visit Khan El Khalili bazaar, the oldest bazaar in the world which is 1050 years old. Free time to go around and you have opportunity to do some shopping before going back to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Fine Print
How to book and Payments
Asia Vacation Group offers you a “3 Instalment Payment Plan”, you will be required to settle a small deposit followed by a series of instalments when you select to book your departure tour.
- First payment: You will be required to settle $300 per person deposit online through our website link.
- Second payment: You will be required to settle the second payment $1500 per person after 7 days when you receive our company invoice.
- Final payment: Final payment will be collected 120 days before your departure.
However, you will have 7-day cooling off period. Please refer to “Flexible Cancellation” section.
Flexible Cancellation
If you change your mind within 7 days of making your booking online, you can request a refund of your initial deposit payment. Once your purchase date falls outside of the 7-day period, our standard terms and conditions will apply.
Please ensure that any request to cancel your booking is received via email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation.

Important Information
Tipping
A friendly reminder that tipping is not included in your package. Tipping is not compulsory on your trip, but they can make a big difference to locals employed in the tourism industry. If you feel that your guide and driver have done an impeccable job, you can choose to give a gratuity, but this is entirely your decision.
For the services of your guide, it is suggested that you budget for $10-20 per person, per day. Tipping of your driver is also appreciated and we would suggest AUD$5 per person, per day.
As this particular tour does not collect a ‘kitty’, it is entirely up to the individual whether or not you would like to tip locals for the services of things like taxis or when dining at restaurants. In these cases, we suggest you allow 10-20% of the value of the service as a tip. Again, it is not compulsory and entirely up to the individual.

Visa & Passport information
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport. The passport must be valid for a minimum of six months from the intended date of return and must have more than 2 blank pages.
Australian passport holders will require a visa to enter Egypt.
You will be able to obtain your E-visa when you have all of your travel documents approximately 30-40 days prior to departure. Visit https://visa2egypt.gov.eg/ and create an account for yourself to then start the application process.

Children
Children must be 2 years old or over and share a room with parents at all times. Children are the same price as adults.
Tour Length
The total length of the tour in days includes time spent in flight and is subject to change depending on the flight schedule, please refer to the day by day itinerary for the time spent on land.
How to Extend Your Stay
