The Travel like a Dreamer begins May 6, 2020, and ends at 5pm on May 30, 2020 (AEDT). By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that he or she is 18 years old or older.
WHO MAY ENTER
Participation is open to individuals interested in travelling or wanting to tell about their future travel stories or a dream journey whether they specialize in writing or not.
HOW TO ENTER
Only one entry per person
STEP 1: Go to Travel like a dreamer and submit your photo and article as required.
STEP 2: Like and tag 2 friends the contest statement post on AVG facebook
STEP 3: Follow and share your photo and article on the contest album for more chances to win
All qualified posts will be shared on a contest album at Asia Vacation Group Facebook page within 24 hours for spreading on the community and getting shares and engagements.
Photos should belong to yours. We choose just one to be public, its size must be at least 800 pixels wide. Your post must be at least 200 words.
You retain your rights to your photographs and post, however, by entering the contest, you hereby grant to Asia Vacation Group a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the contest and its website.
Asia Vacation Group will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.
SCORING RULES
Entry will be judged based on volume of points from like/ share/comment action for its photo and description on the contest album as follows:
+ Only 1 point for each “Like/ Love/ Haha/ Wow/ Sad/ Angry”
+ And 2 points for each “Comment”
+ And 3 points for each “Share” (only public shares are counted).
Prizes will be given to contestants who have top highest scores.
Odds of winning depend on the total score number of valid entries. Buying any products or services will not help you win.
Note:
If intentionally using tools to spam Like, Comment or Share, your post will be immediately eliminated.
PRIZES
Within a week from the final day of the contest, winners will be awarded with following prizes:

1. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: WIN 9 DAY HIGHLIGHT OF VIETNAM (for one person) and AUD$1000 CASH
2. TWO (2) SECOND PRIZES: AUD$300 CASH
3. TEN (10) DREAMER PRIZES: AUD$300 EXLUSIVE GIFT VOUCHER

The sponsor will select, in the Asia Vacation’s sole and absolute discretion, ten (10) entries based on relevance of the content, creativity, quality, originality, meaningfulness, inspiration to the “Travel like a dreamer” topic.
The prize is an exclusive gift voucher valued up to AUD$300 for a single transaction only and valid until 6 months from the date of issuance. The voucher can be used for final payment of a booking.

4. SPECIAL TRAVEL BROCHURE: All other participants entering the contest will receive an online Special Travel Brochure produced exclusively by Asia Vacation Group.

Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable (applicable to the participant only) and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other prizes. Regarding the prize which is a tour, winners have 60 days from the awarding day to pick up a travel departure date and complete the trip no later than December 31, 2021.
Any surcharges for departure city or peak season, single supplement, upgrades, taxes, and other charges which are not included in the package, will be required for additional payment.
Winners need to confirm to be awarded upon request and will be responsible for paying any fees or taxes associated with the prize.
PRIZE ANNOUNCEMENT:
Since the Covid-19 outbreak is still unpredictable, we will be announcing the winners on our official channels within a week after the contest ends, on Friday 8 June, 2020
Winners will be individually notified via email or phone number provided on registering the contest. Response to winning notification is required within 2 days from the date of our sending.

ONLINE FEATURES
Asia Vacation Group may select photos/ posts for highlight on its website or display in a publicly accessible contest archive. Such selections will be made in the Asia Vacation Group’s sole discretion.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All entrants hold Asia Vacation Group including, but not limited to their managers, staffs, anyone of those associated with us (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising in connection with entrant’s participation in the contest and acceptance or use of a prize. The Indemnified Parties are not liable for any costs, damages, injuries, or other claims incurred as a result of entrants’ participation in the contest or winner’s acceptance and usage of a prize. The Indemnified Parties are not responsible for incomplete or misdirected entries, technical or network malfunctions or failures, or causes beyond their control. Entrants are solely responsible for their entries. Entrants may not submit materials that introduce any software viruses, worms or other programs designed to damage software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or are off-topic, partisan-political, contain advertising, nudity, personal attacks or expletives, or is otherwise abusive, threatening, unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, libelous, obscene, false, sexually explicit, or that infringes on the rights of any third party.
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Asia Vacation Group reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. Asia Vacation Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry or conduct appears in any way to: inhibit the enjoyment of others; tamper with the competition; violate these rules or other applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of third parties; or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. In this case, DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR ARE FINAL AND BINDING.
LAW OF GIVEAWAY
This contest is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria and any legal action arising therefrom shall be litigated only in the appropriate court in that state having jurisdiction in that claim.
