Start from your hotel or restaurant for one-hour cycle rickshaw to see some the other sites of Hanoi Old Quarter by late afternoon. You will have a chance to explore the night-style of Hanoi local people and will take a nice picture of local life.
Return to your restaurant and start to explore the cuisines that is combined with Vietnam and Australian food and learn how the local people using it in the past.
