Hoi An Walking Tour
Travel back in time with our half-day walking tour around Hoi An, one of Vietnam’s UNESCO recognized destinations. As a former famous trading port that welcomed a variety of merchants including Chinese, Dutch, French and Arab, etc from the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An now is truly an attractive Old Town with a handful of fascinating historic architectures. Begin your journey with a visit to Old Merchant’s House, a historic house preserved to capture the original style of the town’s merchant residences. Afterwards, we head to Hoi An Market to go shopping then continue to explore the glamour of a local Chinese Temple. Later, we visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, which was first constructed here in the 1950s by the Japanese community to link them with the Chinese Quarters. You may also leisurely wander through the town and relax at one of the many café along the picturesque Thu Bon River. Meal: N/A Accommodation: N/A |
