As a Content Marketing Executive, your responsibility will be in creating engaging content across various channels, optimizing for search engines, and analyzing performance metrics to drive increased website traffic, lead generation, brand awareness, and tour bookings.

  • Copy Writing: Creating engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong skills to develop Instagram and youtube channels.
  • Work with a focus on growing organic traffic from various channels, internally lead the creation of engaging and original content and, where needed capture and edit visual content, including photos and videos as a variety of short-form and long-form content assets, including blog posts, podcasts, and website landing pages with error free and meticulous copywriting.
  • Set and drive short-term content strategy with ideas and creation.
  • At times, working with the digital marketing team to develop content for paid campaigns.
  • Assembling graphics using tools such as Canva
  • SEO: Write with a conversational style but ensure content is optimized for search and in line with the keywords we are targeting.
  • Email marketing: Strategise, write, edit and publish weekly newsletters, EDMs, improving open rates / CTRs. Develop compelling email marketing content that engages members and convert them to customers.
  • Champion the brand, ensuring all content delivers on our brand positioning.
  • Monitor, track and report on performance. Use analytics to make informed strategic decisions and put forward recommendations to improve future activity.


  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to develop and implement SEO strategy with a proven track record in customer-centric roles.
  • Experience in graphic design, and photo and video editing for socials
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms
  • Competent using Canva for content creation (graphic design skills are a big bonus)
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Energetic, confident, friendly with a positive can-do attitude. Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Ambitious, fun-loving, and eager to embrace new challenges and learning opportunities.
  • This is an onsite role
